YOUR ITEM IS "SHIPPED" BUT THE TRACKING SAYS PRE-SHIPMENT?

Labels are printed and put on the box immediately. Orders are prepped and sent in bulk every other business day. Please allow 1-5 days for updates.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are sent through USPS and may change carriers based upon the country of destination. Please note that during this time, orders may stop updating through the tracking number sent to you. If this happens, we advise you to contact your local customs agency to find information regarding your package.

If the customer's order has stopped updating through tracking after 90 days, we will provide a replacement as long as the customer pays for the original shipping price. However, please note that we do not provide refunds in this scenario.

Please be aware again, that PREY™ is not responsible for any unpaid customs, lost packages that have been scanned into USPS's system, or undeliverable products being returned to us.

"MY ORDER IS DELIVERED BUT I DIDNT RECEIVE IT?"

If your order is marked delivered in the US but you have not received it please reach out to your local USPS or neighbors to see if you can track it down. If that doesn't solve the issue please reach out to us within 7 days so we can figure out a solution for you. 

If your order is marked delivered internationally but you have not received it, it may be held at customs or your local post office. Reach out to them to see if it is being held there.  If that doesn't solve the issue please reach out to us within 7 days so we can figure out a solution for you. 

If your order is marked delivered and you have not received it you must reach out within 7 days of its USPS delivery status update. If you reach out after this time period we are unfortunately unable to provide further assistance and we apologize.

CUSTOM INK CAN WITHSTAND UP TO 5-7 DRYER CYCLES BEFORE A VISIBLE CHANGE. DO NOT INTENTIONALLY RUN THE GARMENT AFTER THIS FACT

REMOVE ATTACHABLE FUR BEFORE WASHING.
TIE THE STRINGS BEFORE WASHING TO PREVENT THEM RETRACTING INTO THE GARMENT.
ALWAYS TURN THE GARMENT INSIDE OUT. DO NOT INTENTIONALLY STRETCH THE GARMENTS DESIGN.
